Ignis took a moment, considered the space he could feel around them, the whirring of machinery and bits of static in the air. "What is it?" he asked.

"I'm sorry," Noctis said softly back, and Prompto laughed that tiny laugh again.
"Don't be," he said. "Everything's alright now."
