Had Ignis known yet what he had missed on the island yesterday, he might be a little bit smug about the fact that his schedule managed to allow him to elude this particular bit of weirdness for once.

But since he was quite unaware of such things at the moment, having just returned as usual that morning with a quick stop at the Perk before heading immediately into his office, he was spared ruminating over how he'd likely have been tripping over the few bags he likely would have, and instead could get right into an intriguing rabbit hole of research for his class tomorrow, especially as he was switching up his lesson plans in light of some rather...ominous messages from Prompto regarding a holiday occuring over the weekend.

He rather did like to be topical, if he could, after all.
