It was impossible not to sit, patiently, through all of that and not feel an outpouring of sympathy and compassion, especially since....well, it wasn't entirely the same, not by a long shot, but Ignis wasn't exactly a stranger to feeling confined to the expectations of who you were and what you were expected to be.
