Now the real trick was to see how long it took until he began to be able to discern the differences beyond merely red and white...but they had plenty of time to work toward that.

"It's flowery but herbaceous notes are always a nice surprise," Ignis mused, after his own sip and a moment to admire the color, "especially balanced with its noteable acidity, even by itself, but when paired with seafood and spice, the profile can be almost transcendent."
