When the phone in his pocket vibrated to alert him to a call, Ignis' hands were a bit busy with food prep before classes. His phone informed him that the caller was unknown, anyway, so he didn't concern himself too much about it. If it was important, they'd leave a message,surely.
And that they did. Drying off his hands with a frown, he then played that message.
It took him a moment, to recognize the voice, and as soon as he did, he groaned, murmuring to himself that this better be in regards to her class, blissfully, being canceled tomorrow, or some other such thing.
It took him only another moment to realize that this was not with regards to her class at all.
(Well. Not the class she was teaching anyway).
It took zero moments after that for Ignis to end the message that had only just started,with no regard for its actual content, and promptly delete it entirely.
